CRRI is managed by a Board of Directors drawn from the community with a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise. CRRI Board and its Committees are 100% volunteer-run; no member is receiving compensation for their time & service.


Dr. CELESTINE ATANGCHO
Board Chair

Born in Bamenda Cameroon, Dr. Atangcho attended Cameroon Protestant College Bali (GCE A ‘levels), Montgomery College (ASc Nursing), Wilmington University (BSc Nursing), Drexel University/Our lady of Lourdes Nurse Anesthesia program (MSc Nursing/Post grad certificate in Nurse Anesthesia) and Missouri State University (Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice, DNAP). He is a Board-Certified Nurse Anesthesiologist and owns/manages Abuwen Anesthesia Services, LLC, a staffing resource for Anesthesia personnel, serving hospitals and outpatient surgery centers in Delaware and surrounding states.
Dr. Atangcho is very active in the community. He served for many years in his alumni organization, Bali Old Boys Association USA (BOBA-USA Inc.), where he held national offices, notably vice president and Ombudsman. He is founder and pioneer president of his village group, Akum Cultural Association Tristate, and past treasurer and founder’s club member of the Association of Cameroonian Nurse Anesthetists in America (ACNAA). He is also patron of the Delaware veteran’s soccer club, a social club for fans of “the beautiful game”. Dr. Atangcho is a community leader and philanthropist, and champions many humanitarian initiatives, most recently and particularly the creation of Community Refugee Relief Initiative (CRRI Inc.) in 2019, a charitable organization that among other services provides livelihood and empowerment support to thousands of refugees and internally displaced persons as a result of the armed conflict in Southern Cameroons. He is the current Chairman of the Board of directors of CRRI Inc. Dr. Atangcho is a husband and father.

Mrs. TABE MASE
Vice Board Chair

Mrs. Tabe Mase is a Health Care Executive and Nurse practitioner. She has expertise in strategic planning, administrative, clinical and operational oversight for Occupational Health Services. She brings a wealth of clinical and regulatory compliance knowledge and adept at successfully guiding teams through change. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in French from the University of Yaoundé Cameroon in 1992. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware in 1997, a Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University in 2007 and a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Widener University School of Law in 2011. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certified in Healthcare Compliance and Certified Occupational Health Specialist.
Outside of work, Tabe is a wife of 29 years and mother of 3 adult sons. She is passionate about the social determinants on health and learning. For the past 21 years, she has volunteered at the choir school of Delaware a not for profit organization as a homework tutor to underserved children. She has also served on the board of directors both as a member for 2 terms and on the executive board for an additional 2 terms. She continues to leverage her expertise in clinical management, strategic planning as well as the fiduciary duties of board members serving in not for profit organizations to mentor new board members.

Mr. Emmanuel Forsi
Board Treasurer

Mr. Emmanuel Forsi hails from Nkwen in the North West Region of Cameroon.
He is is a trained electrical technician and also an Entrepreneur.
He is founder and CEO of AFAB Contractors LLC and DJMANU Entertainment.
Prior to joining the Board of CRRI Inc. on September, 2020 and serving as Treasurer, Mr. Forsi has served in multiple capacities in other organizations.
He was President of the home branch of his cultural association and Treasurer of the Delaware Veterans soccer club.

Mrs. FLORA ATANGCHO
Board Secretary

Mrs. Flora Atangcho was born in Victoria, Cameroon and currently resides in Delaware USA. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Wilmington University and her Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Delaware in Family Nurse Practice. She also holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Yaounde in Cameroon. As a decorated nurse with over 15 years of patient care experience, she continues to demonstrate passion with improving outcomes for her patients. She currently works as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Connections CSP, where she sees patients on a daily basis, treating and optimizing their health status.
Mrs. Atangcho transcends her caring demeanor into her community and beyond by actively participating in community and humanitarian organizations notably the Akum Cultural Association (ACA) and Hearts and Hands for Girls (HAHGs). Both ACA and HAHGs are involved in many developmental and humanitarian projects that have changed the lives of many in the community like feeding the homeless, rehabilitating classrooms for underprivileged students, providing sanitary supplies and education to disadvantaged girls, equipping sanitary workers with working tools, and supporting refugees from Southern Cameroon currently in Nigeria. She was part of the delegation from CRRI Inc. that visited Refugees in Nigeria in February 2019 and impacted over 20,000 refugees across 7 settlements.

Ms. ROSETA S. ADE
Board Member

Ms. Roseta S. Ade was born in Mankon, Cameroon and currently resides in Bear, Delaware. She holds a master’s degree in Linguistics, from the University of Yaounde 1, Language and Communication, (journalism) from the Advanced School of Mass Communication (ASMAC) Cameroon, and a nurse by training from the University of District of Columbia.
Growing up in humble beginnings, her parents instilled in her much love and respect that she incorporates in her daily life.
She has promoted and organized fundraising events, hosted community meetings, and has been a public speaker in her working roles. She has held several leadership positions, notably secretary for culture and development with (MACUDA USA) for six years, Board member in the Mankon Student’s Association (MASA) and Mankon Cultural and Development Association (MACUDA) both at the local and national levels. She also served as treasurer, vice president, president, and public relation officer in both organizations.
She is also active in the Church, her alumni organization, as well as in humanitarian organizations like SANGTUM, one of my community initiative organization for the underprivileged children. Roseta maintains a calm demeanor and does what it takes even when others find repetitious and boring with the ultimate goal of getting the mission at hand accomplished. She is results driven.

Ms. PATIENCE S. NDIKUM
Board Member

Ms. Patience S. Ndikum hails from Southern Cameroon and now resides in Bear, Delaware. She is a nurse by profession as well as a single mother to Princess Achobang. Before moving to the US, she received a Bachelors of Arts in Law from the University of Yaounde I in Cameroon. Ms. Ndikum is very active in her community and champions humanitarian and development related initiatives both in the Delaware and South New Jersey African diaspora communities, and her native village Akum in Cameroon. She is very active in the Akum Cultural Association Tristate where she served as Social Secretary and presently as the President. She focuses her philanthropic passion in uplifting people in underdeveloped communities.

Rev. KUL KUHLA
Board Member

Kul Kuhla is a Reverend/ Chaplain with a Bachelors degree in Theology from the Anointed by God's Seminary Brooklyn New York. He is equally a public speaker and Publisher of two self help books.
Trained in Leadership and personal Development, he is a counselor for individuals, couples and families.
He is Vice President of the International Covenant Ministers Association USA( ICMA- USA), where he equally overseas the Conflict Management Department.
He is passionate about community service and dedicated to bringing change in the society as a leader and social entrepreneur.
